Processing Time

Print-on-Demand Products
Because products are printed specifically for each customer, production begins shortly after an order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste while providing professionally printed, high-quality products.
Delays
Electric Spectrum Studios is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll be happy to help investigate.

Return & Refund Policy
At Electric Spectrum Studios, every calendar, print, and made-to-order product is created especially for you after your order is placed. Because each item is custom printed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or personal preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

Once your request has been reviewed, we will work with our printing partner, Gelato, to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once your order has been submitted. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.
Color & Print Variations
Every effort is made to accurately display the colors of our artwork. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and the printing process. These minor variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
